Job Description: A leading aircraft interior manufacturer is seeking a Production Lead for their Upholstery Department.
• Provide direction/Supervise all employees on the production floor (15-20) while maintaining the manufacturing schedule.
• Working with leather on foam, or cloth material, injection molded and kydex materials, creating patterns for sewing assemblies to cover cushions and plastic parts.
• Ensure materials are up to quality standards for high-end aircraft seating products to include ability to repair as necessary.

Job Requirements: • 5+ years supervisory of production and assembly.
• Must have experience in upholstery development taking concept and creating completed product.
• Sewing experience is a plus, working with glue spray guns and spray booths.
• Experience with skiving machines.
• Mechanical experience with single and double needle sewing machines.
• Experience with embroidery sewing machine a plus.
