Job Description: Responsible for financial reporting to managers and property owners under the company Controller. You will manage all accounting aspects for a portfolio of properties including A/P, A/R, reconciling monthly bank accounts, providing monthly financial statements and inspecting account books for efficiency and accuracy.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred. At least five years experience in accounting or finance related field. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with both accrual and cash basis reporting.
