Job Description: Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports and complete corporate reporting requirements. Coordinate activities with CFO and accounting co-workers engaged in calculating, posting and verifying duties to obtain and record financial data for use in maintaining accounting and statistical records. Develop and maintain a suitable chart of accounts that integrates with MRP system. Oversee data entry, reconciling, issuing checks, vouchering payable, issuing proper reports in timely manner from the data base. General ledger, accounts receivable and payable. Oversee past due accounts and collections, vendor past due inquiry. Banking – bank cash reconciliation of cash with corporate revolver loan Coordination on all federal and state taxes. Analyze and assess production inventory. Track cost and labor hours for all reporting.

Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance (or related). 2-4 yrs experience in full charge accounting to include month, quarterly and year end. Candidate should possess understanding of accounting principles in a cost accounting/manufacturing environment. Financial, Project and problem solving skills. Proficient with Computer databse accounting/ADP software and MRP (Made 2 Manage ideal).
