Summary:

Premier Law firm is searching for a stellar, experienced, receptionist to join their SF office! This is an exciting, hands-on position requiring superior communication and interpersonal skills. This position is an integral part of the support services team and will work closely with several of the Firm’s departments. As the Receptionist, you will be primarily responsible for providing a positive first impression as the initial point of communication for clients, guests, visitors, and callers. This position is required to perform multiple tasks while upholding the reputation of the firm as a professional law office.

Job Description:

The Receptionist will be responsible for providing concierge-level support regarding:

  • greeting clients;
  • handling phone calls;
  • operating the Cisco phone system;
  • registering visitors with building security;
  • issuing parking validations and accurately recording usage;
  • logging deliveries;
  • booking conference rooms;
  • handling clerical overflow projects; and
  • maintaining an immaculate reception

Job Requirements:

Requires at least five years’ previous receptionist/front office experience in a law firm or other professional services environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the concierge-level customer service displayed at five-star hotels and resorts. A high school diploma is required. Successful candidates must be very flexible, highly committed to exceptional customer service, and maintaining excellent working relationships with the attorneys, secretaries, and other administrative staff.​

Experience in MS Word and Outlook is needed. Strong communication skills with diplomacy, professionalism, and courtesy, by phone, in person, and via e-mail are needed. Must be well organized and be able to produce error-free work.  Excellent attendance and on-time arrival are absolute requirements. Flexibility for overtime is required. Flexibility to assist with Spanish language interpreting is a plus, but not a requirement. Business attire and a sharp overall appearance are required.
