Job Description:

Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
Organize assembly workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.
Internal route, schedule, pack and prepare orders for delivery; load vehicles; schedule and oversee deliveries and pick-ups.
Oversee and coach employees
Check assembly output according to specifications
Submit reports on performance and progress
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workloads to warehouse/assembly workers.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required; maintain inventory of items in the warehouse; file records as required; supervise the assembly of inventory printouts and catalogs as required.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as Assembly and/or Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
Experience in using various types of assembly and or warehouse automation and tools.
Advanced skills in MS Office- Excel proficiency a must.
Organizational and leadership abilities.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Problem-solving skills.
College Diploma: Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage.
