Job Description:Job Responsibilities: Product Managers and Scheduler report to position. Review all jobs to make sure design meets code and manufacturer requirements. Project scope review to ensure no surprises on-site day of job completion. Inventory management. Assist sales team on inspections. Manage warranty claims. Customer dispute resolution. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Work closely with installer crews to assess workload management, job site challenges, needs, etc. Review replacement, repair, and construction schedules. Warehouse organization and maintenance. Ensure job site safety for field production managers and installer crews. Final job review and walk-thru. Co-run repair crew with sales team. Oversee job sites and assist with job completion daily. Submit subcontractor pay requests. Be the point person for larger scale jobs.
Job Requirements:Job Qualifications: Strong communication skills. Management experience. OSHA trained. Proficient in Excel. Knowledge of city codes. Knowledge of manufacturer specifications. Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Monday.com. Knowledge of JobNimbus. Experience in construction field, preferably roofing.
