Job Description: A boutique plaintiff personal injury law firm in downtown SF is seeking a Bilingual Legal Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. Support attorney-paralegal team including electronic filing, drafting form letters, coordinating with clients, calendaring, requesting medical records and follow up, interpretation Chinese-English as needed. Candidates must be motivated, have excellent organizational skills, great attention to detail and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Duties
- Scheduling and conducting new client intakes
- Maintaining client files
- Operate a multiline telephone system
- Translation between clients and attorneys
- Assist with all aspects of pre-litigation procedures
- Helping draft and handling correspondence and email
- Handling calendar matters
