Job Description:

Maintain familiarity with Asia Pacific cultures and business practices and help guide and assist Leadership and Distributors in identifying and responding to business opportunities, challenges, regulations, and requirements.
Collaborate with Customer Service staff, Distributors, vendors, and others to facilitate effective and efficient supply chain management and response to Distributor needs.
Collaborate in the development of market research and strategic planning for ITO and help lead the implementation of approved strategies in assigned territories.
Collaborate in recruitment, orientation, training and evaluation of Distributors and Resellers to fully develop authorized territories.
Support Distributors and their sales teams in achieving brand awareness, market penetration, sales growth, and business diversification.
Assist with area-based sales and technical training, to include leadership and instructional roles as appropriate.
Assist with OEM, Importer, national and regional account cultivation.
Coordinate with government agencies and professional organizations to ensure market awareness, competitive benchmarking, product compliance and appropriate regulatory response by Corporate and Distributor entities.
Submit regular reports summarizing activity, expenditures, plans, priorities, projected needs, and other issues as required, with a central focus on achieving and demonstrating sales growth.
Reflect and maintain a professional and trustworthy manner, comply with company policies and ethical and legal expectations, and reflect and advocate for company core values.

Job Requirements:

BS Degree in engineering, international business or related field from an accredited university or college required, Master’s Degree preferred.
International and industry related work experience, with Asia Pacific market experience preferred.
10-15 years of experience in successful B2B sales and/or business development, with automotive maintenance services experience strongly preferred.
Should be able to perform or easily learn core product demos and understand and effectively communicate the nature and importance of, and business case for related maintenance awareness and business programs.
