Summary:

A leading international law firm is seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary. Will provide full administrative and document processing support to attorneys and/or paralegals. This is an ideal position for a candidate that has a 3+ years of litigation experience to move up to larger firm.  Offers a friendly business casual environment (remote work until 2022), with a competitive salary and full benefits package.

Job Description:

· Calendar management · Editing, typing, and proofreading documents · Enter attorney time · Communicate with other members of the firm · Answer phones, email, and correspondence · Process expense reports, arrange travel, and meeting planning · Special projects as needed · Assist with opening and closing files

Job Requirements:

At least three years of related office experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.  Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.  Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports.  Strong organizational and records management skills.  Ability to communicate effectively and with tact and diplomacy, both orally and in writing.  Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information.  Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.  Advanced computer and software application skills. Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point is required. Proficiency with FileSite document management is a plus.  Proficiency with e-filing in federal and state courts is desired.  Ability to proofread typed material for grammatical, typographical or spelling errors.
