Job Description:

Growing law firm in Concord seeks a legal secretary with a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation. Candidate must have experience working with multiple attorneys on complex, multi-party matters. Must be knowledgeable about calendaring, court deadlines, can work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, detail-oriented, good writing and grammar/punctuation/spelling, and able to proofread documents.

Job Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in civil litigation.
  • Experience working with multiple attorneys on complex, multi-party matters.
  • Experience with calendaring software, MS Word, Excel, and trial preparation required.
