Job Description: Downtown San Francisco law firm is seeking a full-time (temp-to-hire) legal administrative assistant to support its attorneys and project coordinators. Will perform the following tasks:
- Answering phones
- Preparing and editing documents
- Converting PDF files to word processing files
- Saving documents from email into client folders
- Preparing cover letters to transmit materials to clients
- Maintaining calendars
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Ordering supplies
- Managing records
- Making travel arrangements
- Filing and preparing expense reports and related documentation
- Execution of messaging regarding firm events, initiatives and announcements

Dependability will be key to success in this role. Excellent attendance will be expected. 8-hour work schedule, Monday through Friday. The legal administrative assistant must be available to work these hours in-office.
