Job Description:

Downtown San Francisco law firm is seeking a full-time (temp-to-hire) legal administrative assistant to support its attorneys and project coordinators. Will perform the following tasks:

  • Answering phones
  • Preparing and editing documents
  • Converting PDF files to word processing files
  • Saving documents from email into client folders
  • Preparing cover letters to transmit materials to clients
  • Maintaining calendars
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Ordering supplies
  • Managing records
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Filing and preparing expense reports and related documentation
  • Execution of messaging regarding firm events, initiatives and announcements

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and welcoming.

Dependability will be key to success in this role. Excellent attendance will be expected. 8-hour work schedule, Monday through Friday. The legal administrative assistant must be available to work these hours in-office.
