- Support the review of contract documents, drawings, and specifications to identify scope of work and potential risks.
- Contribute to cost control efforts by analyzing project budgets and tracking estimate accuracy throughout project lifecycle.
- Participate in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
- Help compile bid summaries, risk assessments, and value engineering suggestions to optimize project profitability.
