Job Description:Busy San Francisco insurance defense firm seeks full-time litigation attorney with 4-8 years’ civil litigation experience to work in their new Walnut Creek office. Must have solid civil litigation experience, excellent legal writing, have the experience necessary to work with minimal supervision, and independently handle discovery, motions, and trial prep.
Job Requirements:Minimum requirements to be considered for the position: JD degree from an excellent, ABA-approved law school Active member in good standing with the California State Bar Strong litigation experience in insurance coverage/defense experience Strong experience with motion practice, discovery dispute, conducting depositions, making court experiences and trial preparation. Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills, comfortable presenting cases in front of judges and juries. Competitive base salary plus bonus program and firm-paid health benefits offered.
