Job Description:
  • Manage multiple projects and designs within timelines and creative parameters.
  • Work within production schedule to maintain appropriate output of designs as prescribed.
  • Supply production-ready specs and art files including bleed and trim lines and specialty printing requirements.
  • Create new designs based on templated designs or existing designs requiring expansion.
  • Revise designs to change color or size
  • Be fluent in accuracy of color and tone, typography, size and cropping specifications required for licensors approvals.
  • Work with Production Manager and Art Director to ensure accurate file set-up
  • Help prepare for customer meetings as needed
  • Assist other departments as needed

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Graphic Design, Art, or Printmaking with 2 years’ work experience in related field or 5 years’ work experience in related field.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Proficient in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat) and Microsoft (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Think independently to problem solve and manage daily priorities.
  • Expertise in file setup and prep for print/décor product production
  • Team player fluent in the fundamentals of design and proficient in the programs necessary to create detailed, organized print-ready files
  • Ability to take creative direction, balance multiple tasks, communicate ideas effectively
  • Ability to understand priorities of the different teams and working efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines.
