Job Description:Leadership and Accounting Management Provide supervision of Corporate Accounting Department Review billing to customers Review bi-weekly payroll including funding needs Oversee all outsourced accounting for each location Direct report to CFO Reporting Review monthly financial statements for each location Prepare monthly financials for management Prepare monthly investor reports Cash Management and General Accounting Monitor daily cash and borrowing needs and make recommendations to CFO Maintain multiple general ledgers Budget Preparation Prepare annual budgets for each location Produce proformas for potential acquisitions and new developments
Job Requirements:Preferred qualifications: CPA or MBA required Five years of multi-site accounting experience or comparable public accounting experience Prior accounting experience in fast paced growing organization Minimum qualifications: Four years of general accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline Physical Working Requirements Ability to travel using personal vehicle, including at night. Able to do occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Able to work flexible schedule especially during month end, year end and budget times
