Job Description: Identify, capture and manage business relationships and programs with strategic OEM, integration and after-market partner companies for company and services. Will be an essential point of contact in supporting presales information exchange, drafting proposals and executing and managing contracts. Develop relationships, generate leads and close opportunities with identified OEMs and partners Coordinate, create and make sales presentations to prospects and existing accounts Conducts presales analysis for target market Leads development of product proposals (RFP responses) and compliance matrix Execute long-term agreements and manage contracts Serve as primary point of contact for partnership projects with strategic customers Become a subject matter expert on Lithium-ion batteries and power conversion solutions Participates in industry trade shows as required Provides product pricing and associated negotiations with prospects and customers Travel up to 15% per year to meet customer needs, including international Identify, capture and manage business relationships and programs with strategic OEM, integration and after-market partner companies for company and services. Job Requirements: Bachelor of Science in a related engineering field, or equivalent technical degree and/or equivalent business development experience 5+ years direct aviation experience, preferably with exposure to aviation battery, starter/generator and power distribution/inverter/converter systems Proven experience in relationship building and providing quality customer service Strong program management and production planning skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams and Excel) Excellent presentation skills
