Job Description:

The Tax Manger primary responsibilities will include:

Preparation of 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, 1065, and 990 income tax returns.

Job Requirements:
  • Two or more years in public accounting preferred.
  • CPA license preferred.
  • Knowledge of forms 5500, 706, 709 will be helpful.
  • Knowledge of sales, use and payroll tax filings will be helpful.
  • Knowledge of Audit, Review, and Compilation engagements will be helpful, but not required.
  • Excellent time and project management is essential.
  • Candidate needs to be self motivated and able to resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients is essential.
  • Ability to review the work of others and mentor coworkers is essential.
