Job Description: Looking for a Senior Staff Accountant who understands how information is stored, accessed, and manipulated within accounting information systems (AIS). This position will need to search for and reverse engineer transactions in the system and someone without solid AIS knowledge would struggle. We want to see a solid work history with logical job/career transitions that demonstrate a progressive increase in scope, breadth, and job responsibilities. Successful candidates will not only understand the bookkeeping mechanics but can also demonstrate an understanding of the why behind accounting methods and concepts. Perform analysis, troubleshooting, and auditing processes.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- MRI system experience (CRE-specific software).
- 5+ Years of previous experience in a mid-to-upper-level accounting role in commercial real estate.
- Experience in managing transactions for multiple properties.
- Good understanding of Triple Net (NNN) Leases is a plus.
- Strong understanding and background in analysis, troubleshooting, and auditing processes.
