Job Description: Global law firm seeks Corporate Paralegal for San Francisco or Palo Alto office to support attorneys who represent clients in mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, spin-offs, and SPACs. 3-days in-office | 2 WFH (remote).

Job Requirements: - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, iManage and other legal software
- 5+ years of work experience as a M&A paralegal or legal project manager
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Available to work overtime, as required

- Previous law firm experience
- Paralegal Certificate
