Job Description:
  • Reporting of actual financial results for the operations department which includes operations, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and facilities
  • Financial control of all aspects of stock including provisioning and average costings
  • Works with program management to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Financial budgeting, forecasting and planning for the operations department
  • Decision support for all aspects of the department aimed at improving overall performance.
  • Monthly review and reconciliation of balance sheets

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience (preferably within a manufacturing setting)
  • Preferring good understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Accuracy and skills in calculating figures, strong attention to detail; a right first time attitude and approach.
  • Ability to work without supervision in a busy environment, working to tight deadlines.
