Job Description: The role of the Regional Sales Manager is to represent our products and services by making regular sales calls to new and existing customers. We pride ourselves on top quality customer service and represent manufacturers of the highest standards in our industry. You will promote fluid handling equipment solutions and services to manufacturers requiring paint and powder surface finishes along with sealants, adhesives, foam, and other applied fluids. The applications and equipment can range from simple manual applications to complex automated manufacturing solutions. These efforts will be focused in the Southeast US.
The Southeast US territory is anchored by a major Automotive plant in Savannah, GA and is home to several Automotive and General Industrial manufacturers heading North through Eastern Georgia, South Carolina, and Western/Central North Carolina. The SE Territory is included in but not limited to these geographies and will require the candidate to live in or near the territory. A strong focus on Automotive with an emphasis on General Industrial is the objective of the Territory Manager.
Essential Functions
- The Regional Sales Manager will diligently cover the accounts and or territory assigned to him or her frequently and at regular intervals using their best effort to promote sales of our products and services.
- Travel as necessary for work-related activities, functions, meetings, training etc.
- Attend product training sessions as they become available through our various manufacturers and suppliers. Various online and virtual training sessions will also be available.
- Have regular communication with key supplier representatives and make joint sales calls and customer communications.
- Participate in all promotional endeavors and exert all efforts to ensure their success.
- Coordinate regular customer equipment demonstrations.
- Monitor and report on all competitive activities in their respective accounts and territory.
- A weekly call report is required in advance of the week ahead to inform management of their plans for that week along with activities from the week prior.
- Generate an annual sales forecast for all new and assigned accounts in a standard format and to coordinate sales goals and objectives with the Sales Manager and/or VP of Automotive Operations. A quarterly and/or semi-annual update will be required as well.

Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree; degree in business, engineering, marketing or technical field preferred.
- 2-3 years of Industrial Sales Experience with an emphasis on fluid handling preferred.
- HMI and/or mechanical aptitude a plus.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and attitude.
- Effective written, oral and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to work successfully without close supervision.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Bachelor’s Degree; degree in business, engineering, marketing or technical field preferred.
