Summary:
A multinational law firm is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Manager for their West Coast offices to oversee the office’s entry-level and lateral associate hiring programs. Will provide administrative and project support to the Director of Recruiting and local Hiring Partners. This is a firmwide, exempt position, resident in either their Palo Alto or San Francisco office.
This role may be hybrid and will require a minimum of three days per week (or at least 60%) present in the office, and up to two days per week (40%) may be performed remotely.
Job Description:
- Manage the planning and implementation of the Summer Associate Program including on-boarding/off-boarding, work assignments and evaluations, advisor programs, budget tracking, and event planning and attendance.
- Coordinate law school on-campus recruiting programs for assigned schools.
- Work closely with Hiring Partners on coordinating callback interviews and the offer process.
- Oversee and track law school outreach efforts.
- Serve as school lead and manage all recruiting efforts at assigned schools.
- Work with local department leadership to determine lateral hiring needs.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new lateral lawyers.
- Approve all recruiting related expenses and manage the local Recruiting budget.
- Track and maintain accurate recruiting data and metrics and prepare reports and analyses.
- Supervise, manage, train and development of local office Recruiting team.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least four years of recruiting experience in a legal or professional services environment. Big law experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19, subject to accommodation.
