Compensation: The base annual pay range for this role is between $55,000-$63,000 depending on skills, qualifications and experience.

Summary:

Highly prestigious international law firm has opening for a Receptionist in their San Francisco office. The hours for this position are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, in office.

Job Description:

The Receptionist’s primary responsibility is to represent the firm in a polite, professional, and courteous manner at all times. This position also assists in a variety of functions focused on optimizing general office operations. Duties include, but not limited to answering the firm’s telephone system, transferring calls, taking messages, forwarding same via Outlook, greeting/welcoming visitors, providing secretarial and document production support and overseeing the scheduling of conference rooms and guest offices.

Qualifications:

The Receptionist must have a High School Diploma. Two or more years of experience in a law firm or professional service environment is preferred. Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and PDF software. Must be organized and have an ability to multi-task independently. Must possess an excellent customer service attitude as well as outstanding professionalism and communication skills to manage a variety of daily tasks and provide optimal client service.

InTapp Time, Chrome River Expense Reporting, Elite WebView, Interaction, Cisco Telephone System, AskCody Meeting, iManage, SharePoint.
