Job Description: As a Payroll Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and processing payroll activities within the organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while adhering to financial regulations and company policies.
Duties
- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely.
- Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
- Handles day-to-day employee benefit questions includes retirement plan.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data.
- Assist in payroll audits as needed.

- 5+ years of payroll processing.
- Understanding of payroll taxes, laws, regulations, and overtime calculations.
- Payroll compliance and HRIS systems.
- Advanced computer skills to include data entry and Microsoft 365.
