Job Description:

Wichita manufacturer / distributor seeking a professional and friendly Part Time Receptionist with the option to convert to permanent, (Temp 2 Hire) based upon performance and overall fit. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service. 9AM to 1PM Monday thru Friday.

  • Manage communication system
  • Prepare for next business day
  • Filing
  • Data Entry
  • Keep reception area clean and neat
  • Answer the phones or direct their call to someone that can help.
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and courteously
  • Operate phone systems to answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate departments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
  • Collaborate with associates to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant preferred
  • Friendly, organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to hear, understand, and speak clearly on the phone.
  • Ability to perform basic operations in Word, Excel, and Google Chrome (web browser)
  • Proficient in operating phone systems and other office equipment
  • Must be dedicated to detail and follow-up
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
