Job Requirements: Must have background with personal injury Plaintiff’s firm – prefer at least 5 – 10 years’ experience and a strong skill set including: client intake, client relations, articulate, professional, property damage claims, medical liens including Howell number, a solid understanding of medical terms, ability to review and accurately summarize medical records, drafting settlement demands, settlement negotiations, client medical management, interview witnesses, and case discovery. Strong writing skills and ability to use case management software like Clio and the office 365 suite.
Fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, or alternatively fluency in English and either Cantonese or Mandarin will be given extra consideration.
