The Marketing Director serves as the marketing and communication services representative, reporting to the President or their designee from the office in Wichita, Kansas. This position is responsible for researching, developing, and implementing a robust, innovative marketing strategy that integrates cutting-edge technology with industry best practices.

Job Description:
  • Align business strategies with marketing approaches based on consumer decision making models and customer journeys specific to the industry and individual sectors of multi-market commercial real estate
  • Lead the marketing department through project management and team development
  • Manage multi-million-dollar budget across multiple markets
  • Research, maintain and optimize the marketing stack, including the management portfolio of third-party contracts, agency agreements, and long-term services
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all brand management and implementation efforts
  • Use market competitive, client, and industry insights to inform business strategies and optimize impact of marketing spend and calculate and track return on investment (ROI).
  • Negotiate and Coordinate sales/leasing or other promotional strategies with sales/leasing, operations, or corporate staff to ensure property listings and collateral materials are current, accurate, and organized for internal and external distribution.
  • Track and report monthly statistics, trends, key wins, major events, and other regional information to executive team and present quarterly marketing results and ROI at company -wide meetings.
  • Identify appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report key metrics from digital campaigns and develop content strategies.
  • Create and maintain online marketing initiatives, such as paid ad placement, affiliate programs, sponsorship programs, email promotions, or viral marketing campaigns on social media Web sites.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or related field
  • At least eight years of marketing experience demonstrating a progressive increase of scope, preferably responsibility in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • At least five years of managing a team and reporting to executive leadership
  • Experience using and developing a CRM, project management system (Asana, Trello, Monday, etc.),
  • Proficient in email clients (Mailchimp, Active Campaign, Marketing Cloud, etc.). multi-markets
  • Previous, demonstrated ability to design and implement multi-channel digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads (search, geotargeting, display, retargeting, etc.).
