Job Description: Our client, a San Francisco boutique, plaintiffs’ civil litigation and antitrust law firm is seeking a mid-senior level litigation associate to join their growing practice. This firm is thriving and getting recognition in the generative AI space and hiring due to growth. They also have a set career growth path in place for attorneys and partnership track opportunity.
Hybrid schedule – 3 days in-office (Tues to Thurs), remotely (Mon & Fri)
Responsibilities:
- Draft complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions, argue motions in court
- Handle mediation
- Examine witnesses at trial
- Supervise more junior attorneys and support staff
