Job Description: The growing San Francisco office of an elite international law firm is looking for a Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ litigation experience. The successful candidate will support litigation attorneys at different levels in managing their day to day tasks. This position requires in office attendance two times a week and will be dependent based on business needs.

Job Requirements: - Minimum five years of litigation legal administrative assistant experience required.
- State (CA) and Federal e-filing experience is required.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, Workshare Compare, Adobe, DMS and advanced use of MS Word (including redlining, comparing documents, advanced formatting, Table of Contents and Table of Authorities creation and manipulation, and hyperlinks).
- Knowledge of court rules for multiple jurisdictions is required so that the preparation and filing of court documents follow state and federal rules
- Qualified at scheduling and editing depositions
- Minimum five years of litigation legal administrative assistant experience required.
