Summary:

A preeminent global law firm seeks an experienced law firm Billing Coordinator for its San Francisco office to manage the ebilling process for a portfolio of top revenue-producing clients and attorneys. This includes producing invoices for clients with complex billing arrangements, complying with applicable collection policies, and adhering to firm guidelines. The Billing Coordinator will work closely with partners and their secretaries, other lawyers, client contacts, and Finance staff to ensure the billing process is done in a timely and accurate manner and that client balances are paid on time.

The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data, and internal equity. Total compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, yearly retirement plan contribution, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Requirements:
  • California residents only
  • A four-year college degree is preferred, with a minimum of two years of experience in a billing role in a mid-to-large size law firm.
  • Strong technology skills, including MS Office Suite, and the ability to leverage technology in work processes.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, excellent
