Job Description:

A well-established law firm with attorneys in offices across the U.S. and internationally is seeking an experienced Law Office Manager for its growing San Francisco office. This is a hybrid role, the individual will maintain a small legal assignment in addition to the detailed day-to-day operations.  The secretarial component will be to support the office Partner In-charge, and that is the only person the office manager will support. Must be versed in e-filing at the state and federal levels.  Need someone who is an “all hands on deck” person that will be a strong candidate to support growth and will be willing to do what is necessary to support the growth of the SF office.

Job Requirements:

The right candidate will have two to five years of demonstrated law firm experience in management or administrative leadership and legal secretarial support. Must be able to handle many priorities at one time, work well with others, and have excellent communication skills.  Proficiency in  Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel are required.  Must possess an excellent customer service attitude.
