Summary:
A highly regarded Corporate Headquarters in downtown Wichita is seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee personnel files and all Human Resource functions in a very confidential manner. Experience with H1B Visa applications would be ideal.
Job Description:
- Manage Human Resources functions for a Corporate entity with Nationwide spectrum of Business.
- Process payroll for up to 150 employees to include compensation, withholdings, taxes etc…
- Work closely with management level personnel to ensure policies, processes, and practices are as efficient and high-performing as possible.
- Assist with the identification, selection, and interviewing of candidates in person and via Zoom calls.
- Perform pre-boarding and onboarding of employees.
- Maintain employee record with reference to salary, Paid Time Off, paygrade, position, and benefits.
- Assist in the college career fair and recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt personnel; screening, contracts, interviews, and exit interviews.
- Maintain and update HRIS documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, job descriptions, and performance evaluation forms.
- Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, FMLA, leaves of absence, internal transfers, and promotions as well as handling H1B Visa application processes.
- Perform biweekly review of employees time cards for accuracy.

- 10 Yrs previous Human Resource Management experience.
- Previous Payroll experience of 150 – 200 employees.
- Bachelors Degree such as BBA or Human Resources.
- Strong communications, proficient and accurate with software, employee files and information.
