Job Description: Searching for a candidate that possesses a strong skill set with the IBMi platform. Be fluent with COBOL and/or RPG (with an emphasis on COBOL). Know how to utilize Data Description Specifications (Physical files) & Control Language (CL) Position will require that the individual quickly acclimates themself with all programs and procedures, which influence every facet of operations. While a good portion of your time will be spent on the programming side of the operation, you will also be a resource for our customers that lease our Point-of-Sale system for their stores. May also be called upon to troubleshoot and resolve issues with our internal equipment i.e., PC’s, printers, network devices, VPNs etc. Effective communication and the ability to adapt to our system mechanisms and internal programs is paramount.

Job Requirements: - The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant IBMi platform experience.
- Fluent with COBOL and/or RPG (with an emphasis on COBOL).
- Utilize Data Description Specifications (Physical files) & Control Language (CL).
- Will need to occasionally lift 40 lbs.
