Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Tasks include organizing files, preparing documents, managing office supply inventory, answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage new leads and arranging appointments
- Opening and sorting mail
- Filing as necessary
- Monitor office supplies, ordering.
- Follow up with unsold proposals
- Maintain current database for email campaigns
- Help keep office clean and neat.

Job Requirements: - Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative, or in Customer Service is advantageous
- Proficient in time management and multitasking
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic computer skills to include Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage various tasks effectively
- High School diploma or equivalent
