Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.


  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, including scheduling meetings and appointments, makes business/travel arrangements as requested.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed.
  • Assists with annual planning process and conducts quarterly updates of annual plans, risk management program, etc.
  • Responsible for preparation of applications, updates and verification of credentials, and maintenance of provider database.
  • Assists with maintaining accreditation through annual updates and policy revision.
  • Assists with implementation of new initiatives and monitoring of program processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and ordering supplies.
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients.
  • Assist and maintain the company website as needed utilizing an online website editor.
  • Maintains current providers in accordance with insurance company/contractual requirements including update of materials, licenses, insurance etc.
  • Maintains knowledge of Medicaid and commercial insurance contracts and contractual requirements included therein.

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma with some post high school training and/or experience.
  • Minimum 5 years work experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Intermediate to High proficiency level in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Skills in database maintenance, filing, basic math, clerical tasks, and office protocol.
  • High level of interpersonal skill to handle sensitive and confidential information and is expected to have a professional manner when dealing with staff, consumers, public and volunteers.
  • A valid Kansas driver’s license and access to personal vehicle.
  • Data entry/Typing.
  • Bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting/carrying up to thirty (30) pounds.
