Provide a wide range of administrative/clerical support for the CFO/Sr. VP of Human Resources.
Arranges and hosts virtual meetings.
Prepares and arranges board of director documents for board meetings, assists with the preparation of organizational network meetings, trainings and meals.
Manages the CFO/Sr. VP of HR’s calendar for meetings and events.
Proofread documents and correspondence for accuracy and grammar, assists with prep of documents for financial meetings.
Assists with the planning and implementation of corporate/organizational events.
Supervises the corporate receptionist.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, will consider Associates.
Extremely proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action, function independently when necessary, demonstrating flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with the staff and support agencies.
The ability to deal tactfully with staff, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public, be able to lead and direct staff and work harmoniously.
Able to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
Must have patience, positive disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult situations.
