Summary:
A prestigious company in downtown Wichita is seeking Administrative / Accounting candidates for Project Accounting and oversee Project Contracts. Construction, Engineering or Architectural experience Ideal.
Job Description:
- Review and upload invoices to proprietary software.
- Upload approved change requests to same.
- Track approvals.
- PO amounts, change orders and contract amounts.
- Compose change request emails for project managers when needed.
- Update the Master Tracker with fees/hours per change request.
- Coordinate with consultants to gain information.
- Project budgeting for project managers.
- Oversee the closure of projects by working with consultants to ensure that all charges have been applied to the job.
- Files paperwork and assist with additional clerical tasks as needed.
