Job Description:

Our client is the Los Angeles office of an international firm that is seeking an individual to provide high quality service to attorneys, clients, staff, and visitors who require conference center services. This includes all aspects of conference room scheduling including reservations, confirmations, meeting set up, coordinating catering services, and regularly monitoring conference room availability.  This is a full-time position with paid overtime and excellent benefits.  Hours 9:00am – 5:30pm.

Job Requirements:

Must be tech savvy with proficiency with Word, Excel and some type of prior database experience. Training is provided on firm scheduling software. Ideal candidate has experience in a law firm or professional environment, with strong client service skills, or conference and events experience, and is looking for a career in the conference/hospitality/events field. Knowledge of audio-visual basics required. This is a busy spot requiring strong organizational/multi-tasking skills and excellent interpersonal communications skills.
