Job Description: Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Superintendent to join our construction team. As a Concrete Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all tasks related to concrete construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Layout accuracy and installment of building components are the primary responsibility and take precedent over all else.
- Office daily meeting 30 minutes prior to sunrise.
- Daily instructions to CCFs (Certified Competent Facilitator) every morning and afternoon.
- Attend job site project progress meetings.
- Attend commercial scheduling meetings.
- Confirm surveying on site correlates with plans and contract scope. Manage all layout calculations, off-sets, building lines, corners, bolt template placement.
- Oversee and accept accountability for all operations on jobsites.
- Coordinate and manage material deliveries, pour schedule, progress sequencing for effectiveness and efficiency, etc., as well as all manpower and crew needs/coordination.
- Exercise accountability throughout your direct reports’ execution of their administrative responsibilities including, but not limited to, daily payroll verifications, inspections, crew communication, safety standards, professional certifications, safety certifications, PTO protocol, etc.
- You will be the one person ultimately accountable for project quality, safety, accuracy, effectiveness and efficiency, etc.

- English/Spanish conversational competency. (Limited working proficiency of Spanish language; Professional working proficiency of Spanish language preferred).

- Reconcile contract scope, schedule, plans and prints.
- Urgency, thorough, courteous, cooperative, proud, accountable.
- Ability to oversee 2-4 CCFs on multiple jobsites simultaneously.
