Job Description: As a Commercial Property Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting potential tenants with the leasing process, promoting available properties, and ensuring high occupancy rates.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and answering questions, both by phone and in-person from prospects and current tenets in a professional and positive manner.
- Develop both print and internet marketing and advertising strategies.
- Participate in outreach marketing activities.
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and provide information on available commercial space.
- Facilitate “build-outs” and “move-in” processes.
- Assist with application verifications.
- Utilize property management software such as CMMS, OneSite, or Yardi to maintain accurate tenant records
- Conduct all business transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures and all Federal and State laws.
- Upsell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants.
- Collaborate with the property maintenance team to ensure properties are well-maintained
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements: - Five or more years’ experience with Marketing/Leasing commercial properties and Customer Service.
- High School Diploma required, any college level marketing coursework preferred.
- Strong knowledge of property management processes and leasing regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to upsell and promote property features effectively
- Must be creative regarding developing innovative and effective marketing presentations, but must also be detailed oriented regarding applications, verifications and compliance.
- Commercial leasing software knowledge is a plus.
- Five or more years’ experience with Marketing/Leasing commercial properties and Customer Service.
