Ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented manager, able to work with attorneys to strengthen and expand key client relationships through D&I initiatives. Work in a global Marketing/Business Development function, collaborating with the D&I team to support marketing and strategic action plan. Plan programs/initiatives to connect with clients on D&I issues. Collaborate with Marketing & BD team for coordinated approaches with clients on D&I efforts. Analyze industry, client, and legal data.

Job Description:

Client Development & Marketing: Create compelling D&I content for client-specific pitch materials, including responses to RFPs. Analyze/track client engagement on D&I improving initiatives and to alert key attorneys to strategic opportunities that strengthen relationships with clients through D&I. Coordinate with Market Research team to analyze market opportunities and assist attorneys/groups in preparation for client meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in law firm/professional services marketing and Business Development
