Summary:
The Chief Mission Officer will be responsible for the supervision and management of agency (non-profit) services that will assist program participants in the achievement of their goals.
Job Description: Plan, develop, organize, implement and monitor non-profits services. The services provided must be responsive to consumer needs, meet the objectives of referring and contracting agencies, and maintain quality compliance with accreditation standards, regulatory and legal requirements operated on a cost-effective basis.

Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in progressively responsible management functions.
- Knowledge in the planning and directing of an entire department.
- Collaborative leadership coupled with community mindfulness for outcome driven results through participant-centered programs.
- Ability to manage multiple teams toward both separate and shared goals.
- Approachable public presence that appropriately conveys mission and goals.
- Innovative mindset toward effective partnerships and participant-centered community impact.
