Job Description:

Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Troubleshoots and repairs all avionics equipment and electrical systems on aircraft
  • Communicate with department managers on any problems or repairs and report to the Quality Manager on any non-conformance
  • Prepares various documents for record-keeping purposes as required by company policies, FAA-approved repair station, and quality control manuals, all FAA regulations, OEM aircraft manufacturer manuals, etc.
  • Learns, understands, and follows the company work order and parts requisition process as written.
  • Maintains a clean, neat, and efficient work area
  • Repairs and calibrates shop equipment as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Electronics Degree or equivalent education, training, and work experience
  • 3+ years of repairing electronics or aviation instruments
  • Attention for detail with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proficient use of Micro Soft Office Products
