Responsibilities:
– Represent clients in legal proceedings, such as hearings and trials
– Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
– Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
– Advise clients on legal matters and provide guidance on potential outcomes
– Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
– Attend depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings
– Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies
