Creation, maintenance, and delivery of documents and reports.
Budget related processes, tracking spreadsheets, special event coordination and setup including events at other facilities, etc. Assist with copies, scanning, transmittals, specifications, letter and report preparation in conformation to our company graphics standards.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, including postage, labels, distribution and inventory supplies.
Prepare plans, reports and other documents for submittal by making copies, binding, and scanning.
Run errands as requested.
Assist with maintenance of Outlook calendars and organization of meetings when needed.
High School diploma.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Administrative support experience in a fast paced, detail oriented environment.
Flexible to assist where needed, accurate and efficient skills.
Medical office receptionist / administration background preferred.
