Administrative Assistant / Events Coordinator





Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Job Description:
  • Membership and Events Coordinator
  • Marketing and Communications Coordinator
  • Special Projects & Initiatives – assist with all details
  • Receptionist/Answer Phones
  • Membership Management System – input and update new information
  • Sponsorships and Sales Assistant
  • Office Administration
  • Board and Committee Scheduling and Assistance
  • Meetings with current and potential members
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Report to the President
  • Entrepreneurial/Professional Environment

Job Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
