Job Description:
  • Administrative Assistant to the Executive Assistant to the President of the Firm.
  • Backup Receptionist, breaks and lunch.
  • Deliver morning mail, UPS and FedEx and check outgoing boxes.
  • Process UPS and FedEx packages for shipment.
  • Run errands as requested.
  • Handle filing.
  • Assist with correspondence and travel arrangements for various departments.
  • Take mail to Post Office at the end of the day.

Job Requirements:
  • Good general office experience.
  • Multi line Phones.
  • Filing.
  • Mail handling and shipments experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
