Job Description: PAYROLL
- Process weekly payroll
- Submit weekly and bi-monthly payroll liability payments
- Manage timekeeping software
HR
- New employee on-boarding
- File Workers Compensation claims
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
- Invoice customers for draw deposits on projects
- Review job cost for allowances/overages/extras/credits and final invoice customers upon project completion
- Enter deposits
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
- Code invoices to associated job
- Invoice data entry (manually and via import integration)
- Process vendor payments (weekly and monthly)
- Reconcile vendor statements at month-end
JOB COST
- Manage job maintenance profile for each project
- Keep track of allowances/overages/extras/credits
- Job cost profitability reporting
- Update timekeeping software with new jobs
SALES REPORTING
- Manage sales and commissions spreadsheets for each sales consultant
- Quarter-end and Year-end sales reporting
