A long-standing Property Management Group is seeking a Accounting Administrative Assistant to support the accounting and office functions.


Job Description:
  • Maintain Excel files of apartment move-ins, renewals, receipt and charge batches.
  • Maintain lists of both charges and receipts for various commercial properties.
  • Process residential renewals and move-in leases.
  • Enter cash receipts.
  • Process bank reconciliations and arrears reports.
  • Keep updated Certificates of Insurance.
  • Enter journal entries and budgets.
  • Upload tenant documents into property management software.
  • Keep files organized and up to date.

Job Requirements:
  • Prefer High School or equivalent education.
  • Efficient and accurate office and accounting skills.
  • Data Entry experience in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Solid communication/customer service skills to deal with tenants and vendors.
  • Ability to multi-task with proficiency.
  • Real Estate or Property Management experience ideal.
