Job Description: The Receptionist – Client Services Specialist will provide high-quality service to the attorneys, clients, staff, and visitors. Position handles front desk reception coverage, conference room scheduling and some other basic tasks for the office. Looking for someone bright and motivated who is interested in gaining experience in or working within a legal setting who has good customer service and technology skills.

Job Requirements: • Minimum three years of front desk experience in a professional environment; law firm experience preferred.
• Strong client services background, with emphasis on organization, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a high-volume work environment. Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform document management using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of audio-visual systems and other technology used to support meetings.
